From the extra virgin to the apulian pleasures
Company path along all steps of the production process up to the bottling and packaging of extra virgin olive oil.
Then, in the tasting room for tasting: how do you taste and recognize extra virgin olive oils, and how to combine them with foods? We'll find out together. Tasting with: 3 e.v.o.oils from different cultivars and in sensory intensity scale; finally, 2 flavoured oils.
Final Conviviality with fresh drinks, friselle or focaccia, capocollo, cheeses and typical products, a glass of Apulian wine or beer.
*During the olives harvesting period, upon request and prior arrangement, it will be possible to participate.

Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 to 6 pm. If necessary and subject to verification, different times may be agreed.
